Meeting you exactly where you are, as you are

Our Services

  • The initial consultation is designed to help you decide if I am the right fit for you. During this time you will have the opportunity to meet your therapist, discuss whether occupational therapy is the right support for you at this time, and learn about my therapy model. I can also answer any questions you may have about our fees and policies.

  • The initial evaluation is where I get to know you! I will use a combination of casual conversation and more structured checklists and assessments to learn about your skills and needs. I want to dig into your daily life to find out what is working well and what is not. This time will also be used to introduce you to what occupational therapy is and how it can help you. This is where we’ll start to develop a common language about topics like sensory processing, your nervous system, and the skills you use to thrive in daily life.

90 minutes | $300 (Includes evaluation summary report)

  • Once I have a clear picture of your strengths and challenges in daily life and more specific information about your nervous system needs, we can make a plan together! The planning meeting will involve reviewing the findings of the initial evaluation and discussing how all of your skills, your unique nervous system, sensory needs, emotion processing, and your strengths fit together to form a bigger picture. Based on this information, I’ll collaboratively guide you through identifying therapy priorities, problem areas, goals, and an action plan.

50 minutes | $140 (Includes plan of care)

  • After our planning meeting therapy can begin! We will start by reviewing your plan of care which includes intervention strategies developed by you and your therapist to help you meet your goals. The first intervention strategy that we will begin with will be education on your 8 sensory systems, defining sensory processing, and understanding your unique sensory profile. This serves to build a common language, a shared lens, and to empower you in understanding how to make your nervous system work for you. After this, using the Plan of Care as a guide, we can decide which intervention strategy we can prioritize next.

  • Aside from the individual occupational therapy process, I offer consults and educational seminars rooted in the evidence-based approaches I use in individual sessions. These are a great option for providing education and strategies for school teams, daycares, or workplaces on creating accessible programs and spaces for neurodivergent individuals. I will work with you to compile invaluable information and actionable steps to utilize with your team.
